Kathy discusses the true story behind a little cat's repeated rejection until she found the perfect home.
Did Gracie really have 3 separate homes? Tune in to find out.

We were back outdoors again this week as it was a mild day in Catopia. Tuxedo Stan, Earl and Thelma braved the snow along with their canine pals Fletcher and Kiana.
Unfortunately Fletcher walked around a lot on the crusty snow so the sound is garbled in a few places. Such is life when you have pets.

Louise and Winnie also declined to participate. They were upstairs watching Guido and Luigi :-)

When it's sweltering hot and humid and 39C here (Adelaide), it's so beautiful to see all so happy outdoors in Catopia amongst the snow . . . And good to hear the birds avoid landing in Catopia - clever . . .

Words from the heart Kathy, regarding caring for our earth and the animals on it. My sentiments exactly.
Thanks for sharing your life with us - your thoughts, your experiences, your career, your home, and your multi-species family. You are special.

Merry, we would be happy to relieve you of some of that heat...

Kathy, I love your blogs and loved your book. You are such a kind, sensitive caring person with a love and passion for all wildlife. Indeed, we all must be responsible in spaying and or neutering our cats, the over population in this city has reached a crisis point, and indeed, humanity has caused this needless neglect and suffering. Thank you for bringing that point home.
On a lighter note, what a hoot when you pointed one way and both Earl and Stan looked the opposite way...at the same time . :-)
Looking forward to your next blog for chapter 10...and of course, the release of Urban Tigers Two.
Hugs to all in Catopia...so glad to see Stan is thriving.
Cathy, and all in Humphrey's House
